Quality Control |
Is a process by which businesses review all factors involved in manufacture or production. There are 3 main factors that govern the quality of production, Quality Processes, Skills and Competence, and finally Organization Culture, Motivation and team spirit. However quality cannot be limited to a mere practice it must be deeper, a philosophy of doing business to achieve the best possible result consistently.
Having helped many businesses in third world trading economies - such as Sri Lanka, China and Taiwan - setup factories and be certified at work with many US consumer brands, we understand the process and the work involved in setting up Quality Management systems and audit systems that help factories obtain certification on various aspects of production.
Our approach is based on an excellent understanding of the requirements for certification for many of the worlds leading APPAREL manufacturers, such as GAP, Marks & Spencer, Nike, and Columbia Sportswear to name a few. We are therefore equipped to provide certification consultancy and facilitation for many Global Brands, while also supporting business implement standard Quality Management practices such as ISO, TQM and Six Sigma.
Our consultancy approach starts with an indepth questionnaire and thereafter is based on the certification sought! – please see attached questionnaire for certification for Marks & Spencer, UK.

Total Quality Management (TQM)
Total Quality Management (or TQM) is a management concept coined by W. Edwards Deming. The basis of TQM is to reduce the errors produced during the manufacturing or service process, increase customer satisfaction, streamline supply chain management, aim for modernization of equipment and ensure workers have the highest level of training. One of the principal aims of TQM is to limit errors to 1 per 1 million units produced. Total Quality Management is often associated with the development, deployment, and maintenance of organizational systems that are required for various business processes. |
